When you receive a text message with a link to your new match, follow these simple steps to make sure everything gets scheduled, played, and recorded properly:
1. Use the Chat Window to Coordinate
Click the link in your text to open the match page. You’ll see a chat window where you can communicate directly with your opponent.
💬 Use this to agree on a day and time that works best for both of you. You’ll receive a text message anytime your opponent sends a new message in the chat.
2. Submit the Agreed Time
Once you’ve both agreed on a time, scroll up to the match form above the chat window and select the correct time from the “Time” dropdown.
🕒 This step is important so we can lock in the match and keep everything on track.
3. Play the Match
When the scheduled time arrives, show up, play your match, and enjoy!
4. Enter the Match Results
After the match is finished, one of the players needs to update the results in the form on the match page.
📝 Only one player needs to do this initially.
5. Opponent Approves the Results
The opponent will receive a text message with a link to the match page once the results have been entered.
- If the results are correct, they simply need to click the “Save Match Result” button.
- If anything looks off, they should edit the results before clicking “Save Match Result.”
✅ This double confirmation helps ensure fair and accurate match records.
6. Stats Are Updated
Once both players have approved the results:
- Your stat info will be updated immediately (wins, losses, etc.).
- Your rank will be updated within 24 hours to account for other matches played that day.
